Summit Course Play

Snow has melted off the entire summit course (minus a couple small patches surely to be gone this week).

Ben & I played on Sunday the 18th and battled some serious winds on a beautiful day. Van also came along for the hike.

Wildflowers are popping up all over the place and add to the enjoyment!!

Thomas & John came up and played a round on July 10th while helping me dial in some of the teepads and basket placements.

Good Times!!

Another group of diehards (Ken, Paul, Brent & crew) came up and hiked to the top to play the Summit Course. Ken & Paul played the top 3 days straight... Lots of mileage.

Recent Action

Take a look as some photos from Randy & Friends assault on the Lower Course.

Keep the photos coming. I'll do my best to post.
We are expecting some reports and awesome photos from the Summit Course this weekend.
Current best score on the Summit Course-Front 9 is +3. I'll be waiting for a report after the weekend to see if someone tops it. Still yet to have a total score on 18 off the top.
Alpine Inn/Snorting Elk Summer Rock n Roll Party on Saturday. Great way to cap off a day of Crystal Mountain Disc Golf. Outdoor bbq, live music and plenty of drinks!!

MOUNTAIN HIGH 2010 REGISTRATION

Get registered now for the 2010 MOUNTAIN HIGH TOURNAMENT.

Online registration from PDGASIGNUP should be active soon.

Please note that all registrations will include 1 lift ticket(hence the fee increase).

Get ready 2 seperate 18 hole courses for the Tournament. This should be an awesome event.

Please note that we do not have a "Junior" divisions this year. I do not want to send a group of Juniors to the top of Crystal without some supervision.

If you are/have a Junior that is interested and capable of playing the Crystal Course during the Tournament, please register as Intermediate.

Big thanks to TIMS CASCADE SNACKS for the sponsorship of our tournament this year. Keep them in mind the next time you are shopping for snacks..

Get your registrations in soon!! Day of registration may not be available if the event fills up.

SUMMIT COURSE IS OPEN!!

HOLE #2 (2005)

Jeff, Ben & I setup the Summit Course on Saturday July 3rd. Thanks a ton for your help guys...

Now we have 27 holes of Disc Golf at Crystal!!

Please note that there is still A LOT of snow on the Summit Course. Hole #3(fairway & green) is 100% covered. Everything else is mostly melted out other than a few large snowpatches on #2.

Be prepared to hike and play on snow.

All the tee pads are marked, some will be moved to a better spot with snowmelt.

Lower course is mostly snowfree except for a little bit on #7, 8 & 11.

Chairlift Rides for the Summit Course are available on Saturdays & Sundays for $20. You can hike to the top for free but that would be quite a day to hike up and then play down.

Make sure you stop by the Alpine Inn and Snorting Elk when you come up. Give us some feedback about the course. If you get some cool pictures, email them to me and I'll try to post here.

Hope to see you soon.
